Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the respondent relating to the Selection Proceedings pursuant to the notification No.8 of 2001 and Memo No.3571/DTD-C5/2000, dated 22.01.2003 to quash the same to the extent of petitioner's nonselection to the post of District Educational Officer and to direct the respondent to consider her candidature for the said appointment and appoint her as District Educational Officer in the Tamil Nadu School Educational Service for 1999-2000 with effect from the date of actual appointment of any other batch mate, with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
