ORDER
This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 29.06.2011 passed in W.P.No.40820 of 2006.
The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that subsequent to the order of this Court dated 29.06.2011, the petitioner has filed another writ petition in W.P.(MD). No.10418 of 2010 on which, this court passed an order dated 17.01.2013 directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2010. As per the said order, the first respondent considered the petitioner's representation and passed an order on 05.03.2013 itself. However, he was not aware of the fact that whether any petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of the first respondent dated 05.03.2013 and further submitted that there is no willful disobedience.
