today. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
Even on the last occasion i.e., on 16.12.2019, the petitioner,
as party in person was personally present before this Court and
submitted that he was unwell and undergoing treatment and
requested for a short adjournment. Recording his submissions,
this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the
caption “for dismissal” today. It can now be inferred that the
petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.
Accordingly, these writ petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution. No costs.
