Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2016 in respect of extending the benefit of the order passed in W.P.No.26417 of 2014 to the petitioner who is similarly placed along with the petitioners in the above said Writ Petition and pass suitable orders within a time frame.

The petitioner has filed the above the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2016 in respect of extending the benefit of the order passed in W.P.No.26417 of 2014 to the petitioner who is similarly placed along with the petitioners in the above said Writ Petition.
2.When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had already registered the document pertaining to the Plot Nos.239 and 240 on 26.11.2018 itself in Document No.19920 of 2018.
3.Mr.K.A.Mariappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition may be closed.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
