Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Roc. No. 116 / 2007-A and 199 / 2018 - A Dated 19.08.2020 on the file of the 2nd Respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned consequentially direct the Respondents to permit the petitioner in service as Junior Assistants in the available vacancies wherever found in subordinate Judicial Ministerial Service under the control of the 1st Respondent without ousting them from service.
