Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Honourable court in the order dated 18.12.2019 in WP.No.35825 of 2019 in WP.No.35044 of 2019 by six weeks to pay the balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/(Rupees Two lakhs only)(in WMP.No.1355/2020)
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THIRUGNANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.R.DHILIPKUMAR, Standing Counsel on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in compliance of the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 18.12.2019 in W.M.P.No.35825 of 2019, the Petitioner has remitted a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- on 20.12.2019 and another sum of Rs.2,69,136/- on 13.01.2020 and seeks extension of time to remit the balance sum of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of 4 weeks.
2.Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition, time is extended till 20.02.2020.
3.This Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on the aforesaid terms.
