Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw H.M.O.P. No.752 of 2019 pending on the file of 1st Additional Family Court, Chennai, and transfer the same to Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent was served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court and that the respondent has entered appearance through counsel. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the respondent. Hence, this court presumes that the respondent has no objection for transferring H.M.O.P. No.752/2019 pending on the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District.

In view of the above, H.M.O.P. No.752/2019 pending on the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai, is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to the file of Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District. The Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District, is expected to conclude the trial, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter

beyond 45 working days, at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
