This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 503 days in filing the above Appeal.

If costs are paid and proof of the same is filed into the Registry, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall be numbered , provided it is otherwise in order and the matter shall be listed 'for admission'. If costs are not paid within the time stipulated, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.
