Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce body and person of the petitioner's son A.Ajith Kumar, son of Ashokan, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenu.

- We have perused the status report filed by the respondent. It reveals the investigation done thus far. It appears that the detenu is yet to be secured though efforts have been made. He is missing from 21.05.2020 onwards.
