These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the NonBailable Warrants (NBW) issued pursuant to the decree passed in E.A.No.78 of 2008 in C.C.No.67 of 2007, dated 28.11.2008.

When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is inclined to settled the dues to the respective parties and hence, seeks indulgence of this Court to grant liberty to move appropriate Court within two weeks to recall the non-bailable warrants issued citing the same reasons.

Granting such liberty, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
