The above application is filed for extending the mandate of the
Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of six months as the time already
granted has been expired on 06.11.2020.
2.The learned counsel would submit that the status of the proceedings
is at the stage of arguments before the Arbitral Tribunal.
3.Considering the same, the time is extended for a further period of
four months, from the date of receipt of the order copy. This Application is
ordered accordingly.
