The learned counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that the matter
has been settled out of court amicably between the parties and hence, this Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed, as withdrawn and also filed a memo, dated 20.11.2020 to that effect. In view of the same, recording the said submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the said memo, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
