within a period of thirty days. Now that the interlocutory application viz.,

I.A.No.94 of 2019 is pending for more than a year, that too, the parties to the

dispute are octogenarians.

Considering the age of the parties and the long pendency of the

matter, a direction is given to the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, to dispose of

I.A.No.94 of 2019 in O.S.No.250 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of
