Prayer : This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 13.05.2019 made in Cr.M.P.No.1141 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Thanjavur District, and set aside the order and direct the respondent herein to grant the interim custody of the vehicle viz., HITACHI EX 200 LC 2006 Model, which has been seized by the respondent herein in Crime No.67/2018 dated 14.08.2018.
