Prayer: This petition is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records relating to the order dated 24.01.2020 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Cr.M.P.No.325 of 2020 in Crime No.128 of 2019 and by modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in column No.1 with regard to deposit of Rs.75,000/- as refundable deposit instead of non refundable deposit one.
