nine cases have been registered against him. The petitioner appears to have committed the crime for money. The deceased is none other the husband of A2. A2 had enlisted the services of the petitioner for carrying out the murder. The petitioner appears to be a mercenary. Since the petitioner had committed the crime for monetary consideration, I am not inclined to grant any relief. The criminal original petition stands dismissed.
