PRAYER :-
For Anticipatory bail in Crime No. 2691 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :-
The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.2691 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioner by pledging the spurious jewels availed loan from the nationalized bank. Such an allegation is affecting the interest of the public, who all are investing their harden money in the nationalized bank. This being the allegations against the petitioner, the investigation is to be intensified by the respondent police. Thus, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
