PRAYER :-
For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.111 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :-
The petitioner who arrayed as accused No.1 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.111 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.When the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is facing other four cases, who are all similar in nature.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
