The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.12162 of 2019, dated 22.11.2019, for furnishing of solvency certificates with two sureties and for executing the bail bond.

The second petitioner is granted four more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the condition earlier imposed on the petitioner.
