This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6288 of 2020 dated 18.03.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6288 of 2020 dated 18.03.2020 with some conditions. Due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the conditions within stipulated period.
petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
