JUDGMENT
The learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant died on 16.04.2016. He has also filed a memo to that effect.
2.In view of the memo filed by the learned Counsel for the appellant indicating that the appellant is dead, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
