When the matter was listed on 20.11.2020, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, Registry was directed to list the matter on 23.11.2020 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was taken up, none appears for the appellant. Therefore, the civil miscellaneous second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2011 is also dismissed.
