To set aside the decree and Judgment Dated 22.01.2020 made in O.S.No.54 of 2015 on the file of the Learned Principal District Judge,Dindigul in so far as decreeing the suit in part with particular reference to issues 1 to 3 and 5 in the and said suit and granting the relief of declaration, allow this appeal and thereby dismiss the entire suit with costs throughout.
