MAHADEVAN CMP No.9560 of 2019 IN AS.287/2019 K.KANNAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs K.SRINIVASAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of Judgment and Decree dated 29/06/2018 passed in OS.NO.7237/2011 on the file of the II Additional City Civil Court Chennai (CMP.9560/2019) pending disposal of the above AS.287/2019

In this miscellaneous petition, an order of interim stay in respect of passing of final decree alone, was granted on 21.06.2019. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till now. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and the miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
