In this miscellaneous petition, on 25.01.2019, an order of interim stay in respect of execution of the sale deed, was granted until further orders. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, the interim stay granted already is made absolute and this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
