to grant an order of ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents and servants from interfering with the peaceful possession with respect to the 'B' schedule property, morefully described in the schedule and where it is the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.40 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Court, Puducherry, pending disposal of the above appeal. (in CMP.6569/2016) in AS.No.321/2016 and;

(ii) to grant an order of ad interim injunction restraining the petitioner/1st Respondent or his men, agents or servants from demolish/ altering the existing superstructure and putting any construction in the Schedule properly and where it is the subject matter of the suit O. S.No. 40/2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Puducherry (in CMP.4082/2017) pending disposal of this first appeal 321/2016 respectively.
