Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.318/2013 dated 30.08.2016 on the file of the II Additional District cum Sessions Court, Salem pending disposal of the present appeal and pass such further and other orders and thereby render justice.
