stage without notice being ordered to the respondents. Hence notice in this petition to
the respondent is dispensed with.
2. Accepting the averments contained
in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 69 days in filing the petition for restoration of the Appeal is condoned and the petition stands allowed.

the petition filed for restoration of the Appeal. The application filed for the
restoration of the appeal will also stand
