We find sufficient cause having been shown in support of the

petition for condonation of delay of 40 days in filing the Writ Appeal. The delay is, accordingly, condoned.

As similar matter in W.A.No.259 of 2020, on merits, relating to the issue of law is already stated to be coming up on 31.08.2020, list this appeal along with W.A.No.259 of 2020 on 31.08.2020.
