JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter was taken up through Video
conferencing, the learned counsel for the appellant, on
instructions, submitted that the matter has been settled out of
Court and hence, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. He has
also sent a letter dated 01.08.2020, to that effect to the
Registry through e-mail.
2.Recording the above, the appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently the connected MP is also dismissed.
