Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant stay all further proceedings in O.S.No.10 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Namakkal, (IN CMP.No.16161 of 2019) pending disposal of the above appeal (AS.No.546 of 2019).

In this miscellaneous petition, an order of interim stay in respect of passing of final decree alone, was granted on 02.08.2019. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
