Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.VINOD FOR M/S.ELVEERA RAVINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.RAMYA V.RAO FOR MR.A.N.VISWANATHA RAO, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-
In this miscellaneous petition, by order dated 13.02.2017, an order of interim stay was granted for a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the said interim order was not extended and the matter has been kept pending till now.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the parties are inclined to go for settlement and hence, the matter may be referred to the Lok Adalat.
3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the interim order already granted by this Court on 13.02.2017, is made absolute and the miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
