The learned counsel for the appellant as well as first respondent are present. Despite serving notice on the second respondent and his name printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him.
2.This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2017. Only notice was ordered on 16.02.2018. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
