This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit
the petitioner exempting him to pay the balance Court fee of Rs.4,000/in the C.M.A.SR.No.78335 of 2020.
- Ms.M.Malar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would
submit that the petitioner has filed the above C.M.A.SR.No.78335 of
2020 for enhancement of compensation and filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition for exemption of Court fee of Rs.4,000/- in the above mentioned C.M.A.SR.No.78335 of 2020. The learned counsel
would further submit that since no amount was deposited, she seeks for exemption of court fee for the present and has undertaken to pay the Court fee at later stage.
