Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order to stay the operation of the award passed by the MACT Subordinate Judge Mannarkudi made in MCOP.NO.265/2009 dated 20/02/2012 (in CMP.No.10251/2017) pending disposal of the above CMA.No.1906/2017.

In this petition, interim order of stay has been granted for a period of eight weeks, by order dated 04.07.2017, since it was reported that the appellant Transport Corporation has deposited the entire compensation awarded by the Tribunal. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date.
2.Interim order already granted is made absolute and accordingly this petition is ordered.
