In this miscellaneous petition, during the time of admission, on 17.03.2017, interim stay of operation of the award was passed by this Court on condition that the appellant / petitioner shall deposit entire award amount along with proportionate accrued interest and costs within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
