'It is submitted that the petitioner has filed the above said CMA against the lower court interim Maintenance order, and this Hon'ble Court has granted stay on 30.01.2020, and now the matter is settled so, the parties are seeking for withdrawal of the above said CMA. Hence, I request your good esteemed office to please list the matter under caption Withdrawal and do the needful.

Hence, I request your good office to list the above said CMA.NO.4224 of 2019 under withdrawal caption, treating the same as emergent and do the needful.'
