This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an interim direction directing respondent to pay a sum of Rs.12,41,000/(Rupees Twelve Lakhs and Forty One Thousand only) towards arrears of interim maintenance and arrears of school fees upto 05.07.2020, pending disposal of the present appeal.
and learned counsel appearing for respondent.
submits that the respondent will pay the entire arrears within a period of two weeks from today.
Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
