The above application is filed for condoning the delay of 3
days in filing the above case.
2.The respondents though served and have not entered
appearance either in person or through their counsel.
The reasons for the delay has been elaborately stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition. Sufficient
cause has been shown and hence, the delay is condoned.
