The above application is filed for condoning the delay of 18
days in filing the application for setting aside the Award under
Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
2.The respondents though served and have not entered appearance either in person or through their counsel.
The reasons for the delay has been elaborately stated in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition. Sufficient
cause has been shown and hence, the delay is condoned.
