In view of the orders passed in A.Nos.1534 & 1535 of 2020
and A.Nos.1539 & 1540 of 2020, the long and short cause title of the
plaintiff is to be amended and the name of the second defendant is to
be added in the cause title.
2. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary
amendment. Registry is also directed to verify whether the learned
counsel P.Giridharan has filed vakalat on behalf of the proposed respondent, since, representation was made that vakalat would be
filed and if, vakalat is filed print the name of the learned counsel also in the cause list.
3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is permitted to file a
hard copy of the amended plaint incorporating the amendments as
aforesaid for consideration of the Court and is requested to also serve
a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the defendants.
