This application is filed by defendants 2 and 3 in the suit for permission to receive the additional documents as set out in the schedule to the judges summons.

I heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff and

the learned counsel for defendants 1, 4 to 9.

that the applicants had filed a comprehensive written statement with regard to their 1/4^th share in the suit schedule properties. However, the plaintiff did not take steps to file the relevant documents. Therefore, he submits

that the present application has been taken out.

The learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff

and the learned counsel for respondents 1, 4 to 9 has no

objection if this application is allowed.

Upon considering the submissions of the

respective counsel and on examining the affidavit in support of this application, I find that the applicant has

made out a case for permission to receive the additional

documents by establishing the relevance of the said documents.

Accordingly, this application is allowed by granting permission to receive the documents set out in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ schedule to the judges summons.
