2.The writ petitioner has given an application on 15.12.2018 for surveying the petition mentioned property. Therefore, the

second respondent is directed to dispose of the said application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The surveying authority will of course put on notice the adjacent land owner. It is made clear that this court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.
