PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 23.09.2019 in the light of settlement deeds dated 25.01.2017 and 06.11.2017 executed in favour of the petitioner by petitioner's father Mohameed Sulaiman and to conduct enquiry to issue patta in favour of petitioner for the lands situated in Survey Nos.299/1A16(7 cents), 299/1A11(73 ½ cents) situated at Pudur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.
