Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to pay the arrears of the freedom fighter family pension (F.F.P.D.No.13118) from May 2012 and continue to pay the pension in the petitioner's bank account vide A/c No.0009010025845, Indian Overseas Bank, Ayanavaram, Chennai 23.

ORDER
The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the arrears of freedom fighter family pension had already been paid to the writ petitioner through her account. In this regard, the District Collector also issued a proceeding to the District Treasury Officer in proceeding dated 30.04.2015. In view of the fact that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed, no further consideration is required.
