PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the communication dated 07.03.2018 of the petitioner and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction the education loan to the petitioner for M.E (Power System Engineering) Course at B.S.Abdur Rahman Crescent University.

The petitioner herein had applied for an Educational Loan to pursue his M.E., in (Power System Engineering) in B.S.Abdur Rahman Crescent University. His father filled up the necessary form seeking loan. It is stated that the father of the petitioner was illiterate and consequently had not properly

filed the columns related to completion of the semesters. The loan was therefore denied and was protracted. In the meanwhile, owing to efflux of time, the course itself has been completed from 2017 to 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.M.Mohideen Pitchai states that the student had obtained loan from other sources and completed his course.
