This writ petition has been filed by the subsequent purchaser of the property challenging the order passed by the first respondent, which was challenged by the Trust in W.P.No.20651 of 2009, which was disposed of by this Court. Hence, in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20651 of 2009, dated 20.11.2019, no further order is required in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
