This case is posted today under the caption for "being mentioned",
in order to correct the name of the counsel.
- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner mentioned that in the above mentioned Writ Petition, initially Mr.V. Manohar filed Vakalat and subsequently, Mr. R. Ramesh filed change of vakalat and he only argued the matter. But, in the order copy, the name of the previous counsel is printed and hence the matter is listed today for correcting the same. He also submitted that only on the consent given by the previous counsel, change of vakalat was filed by Mr.R.Ramesh.
- Registry is directed to print the name of Mr. R. Ramesh, counsel
for the petitioner and issue a fresh copy of the order.
