Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the both proceedings From 9 and 11 issued in Letter No.O.Se.Po/E&Pa/Sembiam/Koppu/ Min Thirutu/Anuppugai/15 dated 20.03.2017 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to repay the fine amount of Rs.10,000/- plus Rs.1,19,434/- to the petitioner.
ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording his statement and the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.No.7628 of 2017 is also dismissed. No costs.
