The petitioners have come to this Court challenging the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.Aa2/14775/2009 dated 13.03.2015 passed by the second respondent and seeking to forbear respondents 1 to 4 from changing or altering or cancelling the patta standing in their favour in Patta Nos.3862 & 3863 in S.Nos.327/24 & 327/4B1A2 – 1.91 & 5.67 ares and 327/4B1A3 – 3.80 ares totalling 5.71 ares situated at Perambalur North, Perambalur taluk.

2.When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent jointly made a request to dispose of the matters by giving direction to both the parties to maintain status quo as on today till they work out their remedy by approaching the competent Civil Court.

3.This Court, agreeing with the joint request made by both parties, is inclined to dispose of the writ petitions. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of directing both the petitioner and the private parties to maintain status quo as on today till they work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed. No costs.
